We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from here we came all the way from Bolton to Eastbourne to collect it. The car was totally worth the long journey. Really impressive car and the customer service by Toby was 5 star. He helped us all the way to the end and made sure we was happy. Even messaged us to check we arrived safely. Will definitely recommend. Only downside is it would be great to have Bexhill in North West to save us the long journey

I know nothing about cars but my fiance and myself bought a Tiguan from this establishment and we could not be happier with our car. Adam was professional and courteous but more importantly he was informative. I cannot recommend Adam and all of the staff here highly enough; there was no swearing or any of the typical garage style nonsense. I know that as a woman I can come here in the future for servicing and MOTs and not feel overwhelmed or intimidated. Thank you everybody at Bexhill Motors, Terminus Road so very much...we will be back!

Adam is really nice and helpful along with being professional and let's you take your time with no hard selling.
I test drove my car twice and Adam was more than helpful and left me to it, bur answered all my queries.

Great service from Adam at Bexhill Motors. My car had packed up and I was in desperate need of a new one. We were left to our own devices to have a look round, but Adam was there if we had any questions and opened the car up for us to have a look by ourselves. There's no hard sale which I really liked, I can't stand it when you feel pushed into something. Adam was more than happy for me and my partner to go off for a test drive and when I decided to purchase the car he kept me updated with each stage. Would definitely recommend Bexhill Motors!

What an absolutely brilliant garage to deal with. Because of an accident I desperately needed an automatic. I have a Suzuki Jimny I wanted the automatic version, I spoke to Toby Wiese,Bexhill Motors, explained my position he arranged it all delivery to Hayling Island, Hampshire not a mean feat, delivered by a charming man called Matt all done. This was really what you call service with a capital S thank you so much!

Since the first day I stepped through the door to the multiple visits for test drives, questions and updates on my chosen vehicle, Bexhill Motors has been everything one could expect in a professional company. Most of my dealings were with Toby who was top-notch in every way -- low-key, informed, professional, responsive, and extremely nice -- and I ended up purchasing a fabulous little Mini after several visits.

There were a couple of questions and moments when I needed assistance and Toby was happy to oblige every time. Unlike some dealers who seem to be done with you once you're out the door, Toby and his partner, Matthew, did everything they could to provide a service and follow through on any questions I had.
